Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP – May 2025
  • Preferred Schedule: Call only; 7a-7a / 24hrs; Call coverage for ED and hospital consults
  • Must be able to work May 5-12 2025
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient
  • Procedures required:
    – Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction and Calculus of kidney
    – Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms
    – Calculus of ureter
    – Urinary tract infection
  • Patient volume: 0-10 daily
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, BC, DEA; clean files only
  • EMR: Epic
