Job Description
- Setting: Free Standing Clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: As soon as credentialed – 03/31/2025 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a – 5p
- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification:
- Board Certified,
- CA State License,
- DEA,
- BLS,
- DOT Certification preferred
