Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: February 24 to May 14, 2025
- Preferred Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off. Clinic hours / pager call
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: Anxiety disorders, affective disorder, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders. 12 patients per shift. 16 beds in the department.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AK license, DEA, BLS
- EMR: MedHost
- Credentialing: 60 days
