Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP needed for Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) needed in Philadelphia PA
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months and potentially longer.
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Friday 7:30a-4p or 8a-4:30p
- Scope of Work: Number of patients per day varies depending on outpatient scheduling, inpatient census, and pre-op screening. In outpatient, the psychologist is doing psycho-social and suicide screenings. Depending on inpatient volume and acuity, the patient population is generally 10-21 years old but we see patients younger at times. It would be the same types of patients (ortho, spinal cord injury, etc.) as all other roles. The patient case load is 5-10, but there is not always a 1-hour screening with every patient.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Successful completion of a PMHNP degree from an accredited training program.
- Pay: $120.00-$125.00 per hour plus mileage and lodging
