Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) Minnesota
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 2/5/2025-8/1/2025 with option to extend.
- Preferred Schedule: Wed, 10a-7p, Thurs/Fri 7a-4p with 1 hour lunch. No nights/holidays or calls
- Worksite Setting: Primary Care
- Scope of Work: ages 2+, in person acute care visits, 3-4 patients per hour, paper documentation to start. Visit length 30 min
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, MN license, BLS and DEA. Epic experience preferred
- EMR: EPIC – Locum provider will use paper documentation
- Pay Rate all inclusive: $115 per hour
