Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP- ongoing
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday

Job Details

LTAC/Rehab Setting
Patients/day: 18-20
Ages seen: Geriatrics (65+)
Requirements: VA License, DEA, Covid Vaccination
Provider will be providing bread and butter primary care aside from wound care
EMR: Point Click Care
Will accept new grads!
