Physician – Primary Care (IM/FM) – Locum Tenens

• Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed through Feb 29, 2025 w/option to extend
• Preferred Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday.
• Worksite Setting: Correctional Medicine onsite & telemedicine
• Scope of Work: Provide primary care and management of offenders being considered for/undergoing medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) treatment. 2 physicians needed. One position will be for the Western part of the state and other in the Eastern region.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NC medical license, Federal DEA, BLS, ACLS, background check, prior experience in MOUD preferred.
• EMR: HERO- 2 days of HERO and PREA training is required.
