Job Description
Work Dates Needed: Immediate Need | Duration: Approx 9 months
Preferred Schedule: FT | Mon – Fri (8a-5p) | 1:5 Weekend Rounding and Call
Work Setting: Hospital | Dayton, OH
Scope of Work: Non-invasive Cardiologist for hospital based services only | No procedures | Stress tests | Impatient rounding *Mornings at 1 site (patient census 8-10), and afternoons at another site (patient census roughly 10-15) | Solo work | Level I trauma | 24/7 Level II cardiac catheterization lab
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH license (*Must have) | DEA w/OH address | Board certified | ACLS | BLS | Covid-19 vaccination card | Diploma | Internship/Residency Certificate | TB Test (within last 12 months) | Flu vaccination card (within last 12 months) | Procedure logs (past 24 months showing inpatient encounters) | 3 peer references (within the past 12 months) | CAQH | COI for all affiliations | Min 1 year experience
EMR: EPIC | Haiku (Secure Chat – MANDATORY for all providers to download to their phones)
