Job Description

·         Work Dates Needed: October 14th for 3 months or until they hire Permanent Placement in NC

·         Preferred Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m. (Lunch 12noon – 1pm)

·         Worksite Setting: FQHC outpatient – Family Medicine / Primary Care.  1 provider at Lillington (main location with other providers)  & 1 provider (solo) at Anderson Creek location.  

·         Scope of Work: All Life Cycles.  16 to 21 patients per day.  No walk-in visits.  Lab for blood draws on site 

·         Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NC Medical License, DEA, BLS, NPI, and they will pull NPDB. Board certified PA 

·         EMR: Greenway Health- Intergy
