Physiatrist (Locum Tenens)
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP – ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: Doc will approve pre-screens, admit and follow up to 22 patients care while they are inpatient. Will sign IOPOC’s and complete 3 face to face visits with each patient per week per CMS guidelines.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license or IMLC, ACLS, BLS
- EMR: Epic
