Details:
Patient volume averages 25-30 per day
Office call schedule is 1:7 weeks (phone only), averaging 3-5 calls per week
Thriving out-patient practice of 5 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
Guaranteed base salary, plus annual RVU-based productivity incentives and quarterly quality incentives.

Credentials: Louisiana medical license or willing to obtain. LA DEA. Board certified or officially board eligible.
