Job Description
Medicus is working with a hospital in southern California that has an opening for a dedicated Pediatrician to provide locum coverage.
Opening Highlights:
- Schedule: 15-20 shifts per month
- Beeper call shifts required
- Deliveries: 12-20 per month
- Beds: 30
- Support Staff: RNs, OB tech, lactation consultants
- Responsibilities: Well newborn exam on delivery, follow-ups until discharge, discharge exam, attendance at deliveries if requested
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
