Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEDS EM) Locums – CT
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: January 2025 – ongoing, 4-6 shifts per month, 1 FTE or 2PTE
- Preferred Schedule: Day and evening shifts between 9am-12am; no overnights; 0900-2100 and 1300-0000
- Worksite Setting: Hospital, Level 2 trauma designation, PEDS 15,000 annual volume
- Scope of Work: Pediatric Emergency Medicine, 40 PEDS PPD, 20 ICU beds
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, PEDS or EM residency with PEM fellowship, PALS, CT License
- Does NOT respond to codes
- What is the backup subspecialty support make up at the facility? Many
- What is the APC coverage? 1300-2200
- NO APP supervision, the director supervises
- What is the % of Admitted Patients? 10% PEDS
- EMR: Meditech
- Pay Rate Preferred: $250-$275
