Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Monday- Friday; 3-6 months. Starting as soon as accepted/cleared.
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Worksite Setting: Clinic or Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Scope of Work:
- Provides assessment and treatment, as indicated, for patients referred to subspecialty clinics by primary care providers, other subspecialists, Public-Private Partnership Clinics, and contracting agencies.
- Schedules and performs outpatient surgery and/or special procedures, as applicable.
- Develops and implements a plan of care or management, where indicated.
- Provides treatment recommendations to the referring primary care provider, where indicated.
- Refers patients for other subspecialty consultations and/or treatment, as appropriate.
