Compensation:
Rate: $230ph
Travel: Mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car, and fuel provided

Provider Requirements:
Credential: CRNA
Board Certification: Required
State Licensure: Pennsylvania (required to apply)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Certifications: ACLS required
Skills: Spinals, A-lines (preferred but not required)
DEA License: Not required
Shift & Schedule:
Shift Options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Schedule Flexibility: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off considered
No Nights/Weekends
Average Shifts per Month: 20
Privileges: Full privileges
EMR: Cerner
Practice Setup:
Cases: General, neuro, ortho, podiatry, ENT, GI/GU, GYN, robotics, c-sections, Level II trauma
CRNA Role: Medical direction, perform spinals and A-lines if qualified, no epidurals
Staffing: 2-3 CRNAs overnight handle airways, codes, trauma calls
Adult Cases: 90%, Pediatric Cases: 10%
Typical Day: 40-50 cases/day, 3-6 cases per CRNA, turnover 15-30 mins
Staffing Ratio: 1:3 or 1:4
Other Notes:
No trauma hearts/thoracic surgery
No call required
