Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Dec 9th or as soon as credentialed through June 30, 2025 with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: Full-time; Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed on weekends & holidays. Optical Hours: Monday-Friday, 9a-11a, 1p-4p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Provide complete vision care to the Dine community. Complete comprehensive eye examinations for infants, children, adults & elderly. Diagnose & Treat eye diseases and disorders. Treatment for eye injuries. Prescribe prescription eyeglasses. Staff includes MSA, Technicians, Optometrist, Ophthalmologist, Optician and Ophthalmic Patient Coordinator
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state medical license, BLS, BC preferred. There will be other credentialing requirements like background check, fingerprinting, Enrolling in Medicare/Medicaid, NM Medicaid. Current immunizations, etc.
- EMR: LAN/RPMS
