Job Description
- Work dates needed: As soon as credentialed – 03/31/2025 (possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a-5p
- Setting: Outpatient Free Standing Clinic
- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA Medical License, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification, 2 years of UC experience
- EMR: All_Scripts
- Credentialing: 7-10 days
