Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed:
    • 2/9/2025, 2/14/2025, 2/16/2025, 2/21/2025
    • 3/31/2025
    • 4/3/2025
    • 5/21/2025, 5/23/2025, 5/25/2025, 
    • 6/7/2025, 6/20/2025, 6/22/2025, 6/27/2025, 6/29/2025
    • 7/11/25, 7/13/25
  • Preferred Schedule: 24-hour OB laborist In House, 7a-7a
  • Scope of Work: Labor and delivery coverage, including:
    • Labor and delivery management
    • C-sections
    • Vaginal deliveries with complications
    • Patient triage (supported by midwives and residents)
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
    • Active AZ state license
    • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Fetal Monitoring Certification
    • Clean history preferred
    • DEA required
    • Experienced providers preferred
  • EMR: EPIC
