  • 4/9, 4/14, 4/15, 5/4, 5/10, 5/14, 5/21, 5/26, 6/2, 6/14, 6/16, 6/21, 6/25, 6/27, 6/30
• Preferred Schedule: PRN LABORIST SHIFTS (24hr)
• Worksite Setting: HOSPITAL / INHOUSE
• Scope of Work: 28 approx deliveries per month per Laborist, Estimated Patient encounters monthly 169, Level III NICU
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: SD License, BC AND DEA
• EMR:  EPIC
