Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Oct 10, 17 and November 26 – 27
- Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday from 8a-5p (60)
- Worksite Setting: Acute Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Onsite Employee Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OK licensure, BLS, DEA.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70-$75 per hour plus expenses
