Job Description

  • Setting: Employee Wellness Clinic
  • Dates coverage is needed: PRN; Work Dates Needed:  11/1, 11/5, 11/8, 11/12, 11/15, 11/19, 11/22, 11/25-11/27, 11/29
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 a – 5p
  • Requirements: Board Certified, WI license, BLS
