- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
- BLS and NRP required
- Average of 6 patients per day at clinic and 80 – 90 deliveries per month
- Deliveries required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
