• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
• BLS and NRP required
• Average of 6 patients per day at clinic and 80 – 90 deliveries per month
• Deliveries required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
