- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS, NRP and PALS required
- 296 deliveries per year, 1 – 5 patient encounters per shift, expected
- Inpatient and outpatient required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
