Locum Tenens Urology Opportunity – Peoria, IL
Job Description
VeloSource has an Urology opportunity open to Physician near Peoria, Illinois, less than an hour away.
– Typical Day: Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call.
– Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only – no Peds
– Mon-Fri 8a-5p – Clinic and OR
– Mon-Fri 5p-8a – Pager call
– Weekend call 8a-8a
– Active IL License
– DEA Required
– Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency)
– Required Certifications: ACLS BLS
– Minimum Years Experience: 1
– EMR: EPIC
