Call:  No
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Scope of Services: Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation – IMRT, External Beam Radiation – IGRT, External Beam Radiation – 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
EMR: Aria  
Patients per day: O/P 20-25 and I/P 1 (rounding)
CPR: ACLS
Additional Info:  60 days to credential
