- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
- BLS required
- 20 – 22 patients per day at clinic and 1300 deliveries per year
- Deliveries required
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
