Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Western Arizona.

Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Practice Setting: Inpatient – clincial hours + call
Dates/Coverage Needed: As soon as Credentialed – full-time for 3 months w/ option to extend. Combination of OR workdays and call days.
Case Mix: All types of cases are listed; not necessarily all are required. Working to get more clarity on this, but please list any cases your provider is or isn’t comfortable with
Credentialing Time-Frame: temps are possible with an active AZ license
Active Arizona License Required?: Yes, provider must have active or in process of being renewed AZ license
Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes
