Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Northern Maine
Lots of seasonal outdoor activities from skiing and snowmobiles to hiking and camping.
Board Certified Required?: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Dates/Coverage Needed: ASAP – EMERGENT and ongoing dates
looking for an Anesthesiologist who can work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or 1 week on, 3 weeks off ongoing.
Call will be 1:2 or 1:3 and will coincide with the provider’s working schedule which is Monday-Friday 7a-3p.
Case Mix: 50% general surgeries including eyes and urology, 25% ortho, 10% OBGYN, and 15% other surgeries. No heads and no hearts.
Credentialing Time-Frame: 6 weeks; temps can be granted within 2 weeks
Active Maine License Required?: Yes; highly preferred
Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes, all covered
