Job Description

Medicus has partnered with a leading hospital in southeastern Tennessee with an opening for a Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.

About the Opening:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
  • Call Requirement: Beeper call 5p-8a
  • Patient Census: 30 per day with APP assistance
  • Patient Ages: 12+
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Support Staff: Nurses and mental health clinicians
  • APP Supervision: Required
  • EMR: WellSky
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
  • Paid travel & expenses
