- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Days, Weekend call
- Prefer a provider who can do C-sections but not required
- 350 deliveries in a year, C-section rate – 33%
- Must be able to do peds inpatient and adult outpatient and OB is preferred but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
