Cross Country Locums is seeking out a Hospitalist  Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a  contract  position in Arizona

• Work Dates Needed: Nov 1 –  Dec 30 2024
• Preferred Schedule: 12hr shifts; days, swing and night shifts available (6a-6p; 1p-1a; 6p-6a)
  • November: 1-4, 26-30
  • December: 1-2, 10-16, 24-30
  • November: 28-30
  • December: 24-30

• Trauma Level 1
• Procedures not required . 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license only, BC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS,
