Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Locum Tenens ASAP for 6 months with option to extend in Los Angeles, CA
- Preferred Schedule: 5 8-hr shifts
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient and inpatient
- Scope of Work: Outpatient cardiology (preferably heart transplant) pre / post opp setting along with rounding & coordinating care for discharge patients in hospital. Hybrid NP/RN role which includes triage phone calls & placing orders. Provider will cover LA, CA hospital, outpatient cardiology, seeing a panel of up to 300 patients, and covering satellite NV patients as well.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA and NV license, BC, ACLS, BLS, DEA. Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $110/hr + expenses
