Hematology Oncology (ONC) – Locum Tenens

• Work Dates Needed:  High Priority | Starting Apr – Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule:  5 days/week + Call | Mon-Fri (8a-4:30p) w/call occurring 1:3 | Estimated 20 shifts/month
• Worksite Setting:  Hospital/Clinic
• Scope of Work:  Bread & Butter | 15 outpts/day in clinic + APP supervision | Call Type:  30 mins response time | Avg admissions while on call:  2~5/day
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:  Active PA license or active IMLC (in hand)| Active DEA w/PA address | Board Certified *Medical Oncology and/or Hematology/Oncology *Heme only or IM will not be accepted | Min of 1 years’ experience | CSR license | *Will consider Fellowship trained
• EMR:  Aria and Cerner
