- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
- ACLS required and provider must be within 30 minutes to take call
- 5 – 10 patients per day
- Bread & butter GS with scopes preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
