Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: FQHC, outpatient clinic
Scope of Work: All ages; 3 pts per hour mandatory; lab on site but no x-ray- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, Board Certified; DEA
EMR: EPIC- Credentialing: 60 days
