Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months of coverage
- Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: FQHC- outpatient
- Scope of Work: All ages; 3 pts per hour mandatory; lab on site but no x-ray
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, Board Certified FM, DEA
- EMR used: EPIC
