Job Description
Work Dates Needed: Monday -Friday Clinic 8a-5p
Preferred Schedule: January 1, 2025 ongoing
Worksite Setting: Primary Care Clinic
Scope of Work: FP/IM physician covering 8-14 patients per day all age of patient care.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CO license preferred but will license through IMLC.
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate Preferred: $120 -$130 an hour
