FM/IM Physician – Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Jan 6th for 6 months
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Adult; 18 pts day (will have own MA’s)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license; BC/BE; DEA; BLS; clean background/license/NPDB
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
