Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 9/1/24 – 1/3/2025
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: Family Practice – NP/PA – Prefer FT providers, but will be open to part time candidates; 2 positions requested for a similar time period, so can be flexible if necessary
- Scope of Work: Acute Care, chronic conditions, family medicine, outpatient
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: State Licensure, BC, DEA
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80-90 – All Inclusive of Travel
