Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) needed for a locum tenens assignment in southern VT.
- Work Dates Needed: 4/21 – 7/17/25
- Preferred Schedule: Wednesday’s 8:30-4:30P. This position can either be worked separately or can be worked in conjunction with position 79612 which has hours on Monday ,Tues, and Thursday and is at a different site.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: 6+ Family medicine, acute and primary care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: VT license, CPR/BLS, Highest degree diploma
- EMR: Athena
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80.00 plus expenses
