Job Description
- Work Dates Needed:1/6/2025-3/31/2025 with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 days per week coverage from 8a-12p (0)
- Worksite Setting: Onsite Outpatient Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WV license, BLS and DEA. Primary Care and Occ Med experience.
- EMR: EPIC
