Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)-Locums-CA
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Asap start for 3 to 6 months (4 weeks for credentials)
- Preferred Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient FQHC only
- Scope of Work: managing chronic diseases could be adult only or they could accept a FNP or PA with all ages to expand patient visits but managing diabetes, heart disease, etc. 16+ patients a day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, flu shot, PROOF OF TB, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), diphtheria, acellular Pertussis (Tdap), and Varicella Vaccinations are all required & BLS must be BC as NP or PA & NO background or MP issues. Would love Spanish speaking:
