- Dates: ASAP – 6 months
- Setting: FQHC Seeing All Ages Alongside 2 MDs and a NP
- Scope of Practice: Primary and Preventative Care
- Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Daily Volume: 16-20 Per Provider
- EMR: Athena
- Experience Requirement: 5+ ys of Advanced Practice in Primary Care
- Licenses and Certifications: Active OR lic, DEA, BLS
- Pay Rate: $80 – $90/Hour
