Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Setting: employee health clinic
- Start Date: Jan 6 or 13
- Length of assignment: 2 months with potential for locums to perm
- Scope: seeing ages 3+ for family practice, primary care and occ health
- Schedule: M-F 7:30a-4:30p, closed for lunch 12:30p-1:30p
- Daily volume: average 6
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: active CA license, CA Furnishing license, DEA, BLS, 2 ys of NP exp
- Pay rate: $80 per hour
