  • Preferred Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri (7a – 4p);  Tues, Thurs (9a – 6p)

  • Does not participate in HomeMed
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Dispensing Health Center
  • 2 clinical support staff
  • 2 providers 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Current NE license, BLS, Covid vac site specific
  • EMR: Athena
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80
  • Mileage & Lodging Covered
