Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) needed for a contract assignment in Franklin County VT
- Work Dates Needed: PRN dates in December and beginning of January
- Preferred Schedule: M/W/TH from 8a-430p and T from 6a-230p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active VT license, VT CSR, BLS and DEA
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour plus mileage
