Job Description

• Location: about 2 hours from Portland
• Work Dates Needed: TBD up to 240 days, 2 doctors needed
• Preferred Schedule: 
  • M,T,TH,F 8AM-4:30PM, 
  • W 12PM-4:30PM
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient. 
• Scope of Work: Provide family- orientated primary medical care services Within specialty area, assumes responsibility for the diagnosis, prevention, therapy, maintenance and rehabilitation of family members in the capacity of a family practice physician. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 
  • Any state license, 
  • BC or BE in Family Practice, 
  • BLS, 
  • DEA
• Pay Rate $115/hr
