Family Medicine Physician (FM) – Locum Tenens

Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to help with ongoing coverage needs in Wisconsin.

• Work Dates Needed: 12/30/2024 – 5/9/2025
• Preferred Schedule: Mon- Fri 8a-4:30p. There is some flexibility on days per week.
• Call: 1 weekday (24 hr) plus 1 Weekend per month Fri 7a – Mon 7a. (Beeper call 30 min response plus in person nursery coverage.)
• Worksite Setting: Clinic with limited Call  
• Scope of Work: Must see ALL ages. General outpatient. Well woman care, Pediatric newborn (birth-30days), Infant (30 days – 1yr), Toddler (1-2 yrs), Child (3-13), Adolescent (13-18).
• Average Patient involvement while on call: Avg 6 phone consults, 3-1 patients seen and 0-1 admissions.0-1 deliveries on average per shift and less than 100 annually. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Current WI lic or IMLC, BLS, 
• EMR: EPIC
