Family Medicine Physician
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP – ongoing as soon as privileged and credentialed (45 to 60-day timeframe)
- Preferred Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday (late day); 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, T-F (minimum of six months with option to extend)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Primary Care. Non-profit. Largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in MD
- Scope of Work: Two-four hour sessions per 8-hour day. 3 patients per hour (24 per day) scheduled, with 20-25% no show rate. Average patient per day is between 20-22.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Maryland MD license, Active Board Certification, CDS, DEA, Active CPR
- EMR: NextGen
