Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: 12/2/2024 (or as soon as credentialed) – 6/30/2025, 
  • Preferred Schedule: M – F 8AM – 4:30PM
  • Worksite Setting: outpatient 
  • Scope of Work: 95% direct patient care.  Provide Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans in a Primary Care team setting. 5% administrative 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license. Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice & have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field within the last five years. VA experience preferred, but not mandatory. BLS, ACLS, DEA
