DATES NEEDED Family Medicine

  • ASAP – Ongoing
  • Mon-Fri (8a-5p, guaranteed 8 hours)
  • No Call
  • Minimum 3-month commitment, options to extend

POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine

  • Patient Volume: 18/day
  • Preferred Experience:  Chronic Pain Management, Well woman care, IUD insertion/removal, B&B outpatient primary care
  • Site Support: (1) RN, (2) MAs
  • APP Supervision: No
  • EMR: EPIC
    Requirements: BC FM (or TRULY BE; within 5yrs of Residency), Active CA license, active DEA, BLS, PALS
